Sean McIntyre

PLAYWRIGHT | SCREENWRITER | CHARACTER ACTOR

Based in Melbourne, Australia Sean McIntyre has been an active participant in Melbourne's thriving arts scene since 1998. As well as acting, performing and singing in theatre, Sean has produced and written pieces for the theatre, short stories, screenplays and original songs.

His plays have been performed in Australia, Ireland and the United States.

In August 2010, Sean was accepted into UK's prestigious Oxford University where he completed a 3- week intensive course in Creative Writing with UK writer Tim Pears (In a Land of Plenty) and script consultant Dr John Ballam (The Road to Harmony). His short story 'The Tic Tac Men' was published in an Oxford anthology titled 'On The Grass' and Sean regularly contributes to its sister publication, 'The Turl Times'.
